Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data records and providing essential support to our internal processes. Data Entry Specialist Duties:
- Provide valuable internal support by performing data input and data entry tasks.
- Process invoices and review payment statements to ensure accuracy.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases related to customers, products, and suppliers.
- Offer technical support for both new and existing internal processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Conduct research as necessary to resolve any problems or discrepancies.
- Proactively address and rectify discrepancies and user errors.
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Showcase excellent typing skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Be able to multitask effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while performing tasks.
- Process orders, liaise with vendors, and communicate with clients.
