In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data compilation, record maintenance, and financial document preparation. Principal Accountabilities: Accountant Dubizzle Jobs
1. Prepare financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable records.
2. Manage payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS).
3. Regularly complete financial reports and provide necessary information to the finance team.
4. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Tally ERP9 & PRIME GOLD software.
6. Record expenditures and ensure adherence to the set budget.
7. Demonstrate excellent command of MS Excel, capable of generating various types of reports.
8. Maintain a daily client ledger and handle insurance-related matters for the company (medical & vehicle).
9. Familiarity with VAT return filing requirements.
Minimum Requirements: Accountant Dubizzle Jobs
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English (English is a must).
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
