As a Van Salesman, your primary objective is to achieve monthly volume and value targets by effectively delivering sales fundamentals in the assigned territory outlets. This includes focusing on distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing at the marketplace. Driver Alghanim Industries Kuwait
Job Responsibilities: Driver Alghanim Industries Kuwait
- Develop and execute a territory coverage plan for the assigned van, following the agreed-upon daily journey plan.
- Implement the four sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising within the assigned territory.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to your supervisor, including updates on competitive activities, distribution and pricing studies, and daily sales reports.
- Properly and effectively use and display available point-of-sale materials.
- Ensure that the products stored in your van are in good condition and maintained at the appropriate temperature. Report any factors that may affect product quality to your supervisor immediately.
Skills: Driver Alghanim Industries Kuwait
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Arabic.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Exceptional ability to meet sales targets.
- Extensive experience in negotiating deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
