Position Summary: Fleet Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor to oversee our driver team and ensure efficient operations of our fleet. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for establishing communication with official drivers and reserves, conducting regular communication with the team, managing inventory and maintenance of trucks, monitoring maintenance costs, and maintaining organized records of schedules and deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess a valid Kuwait HD driver’s license, familiarity with MS Office reporting templates for fleet operations, and the ability to work full-time in both day and night shifts.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with official drivers and reserves to identify any gaps or issues and address them promptly.
- Regularly communicate with the driver team, clearly informing them of their obligations and expected productivity levels.
- Conduct inventory checks of trucks and ensure an adequate supply of tools.
- Ensure that required maintenance, such as oil changes and brake checks, are performed to prevent accidents on the road.
- Act as a backup driver when necessary.
- Provide assistance with office tasks and handle ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor and report maintenance costs accurately.
- Maintain organized records of vehicle schedules and completed deliveries.
- Keep team members informed of local traffic violations/penalties and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD330.000 – KD400.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliable commuting to Kuwait City or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
License/Certification: Kuwait heavy-duty driver’s license is required.
Shift Availability: Availability for both day and night shifts is required.
