Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:

In this role, your commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Restock guest room supplies and amenities.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms.
- Report lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover.
- Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures to provide a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
