1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and coaching to employees.
5. Collaborate with department managers to address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
6. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
7. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
8. Stay updated with industry best practices and legal requirements to ensure HR policies remain effective and compliant.
Skills and Qualifications: HR Manager Job Vacancy Candidzone
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the HR field.
2. Demonstrated HR experience of 5+ years.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
4. Arab nationality is preferred.

6. Residency in Qatar is required.
Remuneration: HR Manager Job Vacancy Candidzone
This is a full-time employment opportunity with a monthly salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,000. Additional benefits and allowances will be discussed during the interview process.
