As the Kitchen Sales Planner at IKEA Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to manage the kitchen department and ensure the successful achievement of operational objectives. IKEA Qatar Job Vacancy

By analyzing daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), you will provide valuable business recommendations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department to exceed annual sales targets while delivering exceptional service to customers in alignment with IKEA standards.

Commercial:
1. Drive the promotion of the Kitchen Design Service to boost sales and encourage add-on purchases.
2. Conduct surveys to assess the in-store customer shopping experience and monitor external competitors. Use the findings to recommend strategies that address market gaps effectively.
3. Manage customer appointments, ensuring exceptional service levels and minimizing waiting times.
4. Collaborate with the Range department to track stock levels (Overstock/Outgoing/Concrete and Aging stock) and provide recommendations on order quantities to meet sales targets.
5. Coordinate with the Home Delivery and Assembly teams to audit kitchen designs, arrange home visits, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
People Management and Development:
1. Provide comprehensive training on the design system (IHP 2) and the kitchen range (NAVISION) to all staff members, ensuring their competence in these areas.
2. Plan and execute manpower requirements to optimize work efficiency, productivity, and budget control.
3. Create schedules for the kitchen department, considering peak and non-peak sales days, and manage annual leave based on the commercial calendar.
Financial:
1. Develop the annual business plan and budget for the kitchen department, including workforce and budget allocation.
2. Monitor daily and monthly KPIs, analyzing reports on various measurable factors against benchmarked figures. Collaborate with the team to devise actionable strategies to achieve goals.
3. Control costs by promoting lean, cost-conscious practices and encouraging innovative solutions among the team.
