Responsibilities: IT Sales Representative

 

 

  1. Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on Qatar. Proactively engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and leveraging industry contacts.
  2. Client Research: Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, their industries, and specific IT needs. Understand their pain points and challenges to propose customized solutions that address their unique requirements.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and IT professionals in target organizations. Cultivate trust and credibility by demonstrating your expertise and understanding of their business goals.
  4. Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our IT solutions. Effectively communicate how our products and services can meet clients’ specific needs and drive their business forward.
  5. Proposal and Deal Closure: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, negotiating terms and pricing to secure profitable deals. Close sales in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of IT solutions to clients. Coordinate closely to address any technical concerns or challenges that may arise during the sales process.
  7. Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings. Use this knowledge to position our products and services effectively and provide value-added insights to clients.
  8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Continuously strive to maximize revenue and profitability by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
