Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components, as well as providing support to our team, either remotely or through on-site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components for company computers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical support to employees through remote assistance and on-site visits when necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to understand IT requirements and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and server systems.

Qualifications:
- Less than 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
