As an Agent, Airport Services, you’ll be responsible for enhancing passenger satisfaction by assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and adhering to airport regulations.

- Assisting passengers during check-in and baggage drop-off.
- Ensuring proper boarding procedures and flight announcements.
- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft.
- Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving travel-related issues.
- Collaborating with airline partners and ground handling agents.
- Complying with airport security and safety regulations.
- Monitoring flight schedules and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintaining accurate records of passenger interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation is beneficial.
- Experience as an Airport Services Agent or in customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle passenger inquiries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Empathy and patience, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using airport systems and technology.
- Familiarity with airport operations and procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
