We’re currently seeking a Call Center Representative to serve as a key link between our company and our existing as well as prospective customers. The selected individual will be tasked with addressing customer issues, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and facilitate the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
