- Monitor progress and quality of work on the site.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain records of work progress and materials used.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Previous experience in construction or site supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
