We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s operations. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Japanese food and culture, can analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability, and has excellent time management skills. Responsibilities: Operations Manager Deira Dubai
- Manage overall restaurant operations, including dining, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
- Coordinate with all department heads to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
- Develop manpower (supervisor, server, helper, cleaners, kitchen staffs).
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, and sales.
- Respond to government agencies inspections and lead the government personal during these visits.
- Manage & drive internal branch evaluation and incentive programs.
- Plan and coordinate menus.
- Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
