As a Key Accounts Coordinator, your main duty will be to interact with customers, review customer data, track updates, and escalate any issues impacting the timeline of completion to the manager. You will also be expected to maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting our business, learn new regulations, and assist in their implementation as required.

- Conduct customer calls and record feedback
- Review customer data and track updates
- Follow up on assigned tasks and escalate issues when necessary
- Conduct analytical and investigative research and documentation
- Work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Work independently and proactively
- Learn and understand new compliance requirements, and assist in their implementation
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in retail, private banking, Sadara, enterprise, corporate, trade finance, operations, or IT
- Experience working with external auditors, vendors, landlords of premises, regulators such as QCB, and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
