- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UAE, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry
- Familiarity with GCC logistics documentation procedures
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel
- Communication: Fluent in English

- Liaise with the Production In-charge / Packing Supervisor to ensure completion of production jobs.
- Coordinate with the Sales department and clients regarding deliveries, and arrange transportation through either external transport companies or the in-house transport division.
- Communicate with overseas customers or their local agents for documentation purposes, including dispatch notifications, sharing shipping document copies with clients before dispatch, notification of shipment arrival, and couriering original shipping documents to overseas customers. Provide clients with tracking numbers as needed.
- Organize local deliveries based on client and Sales Department requirements and approvals.
- Obtain transportation quotes from courier/transport companies for shipments outside the UAE and for local shipments.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to generate tax invoices and prepare packing lists.
- Share the tax invoice and packing list with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) to facilitate the preparation of a Certificate of Origin from the Ministry.
- Verify Arabic invoices and packing list drafts received, and provide confirmation to the PRO to proceed with the COO (Certificate of Origin) application.
- Apply online for the COO from the Chamber, attaching the tax invoice and packing list.
- Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and Finance Department to issue the system Delivery Note for local deliveries.
- Track dispatched shipments through courier/transport companies.
- Update and maintain a list of transport companies.
