– Manage and organize inventory in the designated store.
– Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock and materials.
– Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
– Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Position: E&I QC Inspector
Responsibilities: Oil & Gas Shutdown in Qatar
– Conduct quality control inspections of electrical and instrumentation work.
– Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
– Perform inspections and tests to identify any defects or deviations.
– Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Position: Material Controller
Responsibilities: Oil & Gas Shutdown in Qatar
– Monitor and control the flow of materials on-site.
– Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
– Perform inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
– Maintain accurate records of material usage and consumption.
Position: Permit Coordinator
Responsibilities:
– Facilitate the permit issuance process for various activities.
– Coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
– Review and assess permit applications for accuracy and completeness.
– Monitor permit status and communicate updates to relevant personnel.
Position: Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
– Plan and coordinate logistics activities for the project.
– Arrange transportation and shipping of materials and equipment.
– Monitor the movement of goods and track deliveries.
– Resolve any issues or delays in logistics operations.
Position: Electrical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
– Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities.
– Provide guidance and support to electrical technicians.
