We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to join our team. Based in our head office located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and facilities of several large-scale sites. Responsibilities: Manager Aramco Jobs Khobar
– Manage and supervise site-based O&M / FM personnel to ensure all day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on site are completed to the required standards.
– Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
– Ensure adherence to established Quality Control Standards and implement necessary corrective measures.
– Oversee and monitor training and support for Saudi Trainees, as and when required.
– Coordinate and liaise with the client to ensure service levels are maintained and client expectations are met.
– Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience: Manager Aramco Jobs Khobar
– A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
– Minimum of 15 years of experience working within facilities management, operations, and maintenance.
– Proven experience working on ARAMCO projects is essential.
– Strong knowledge of O&M practices and procedures.
– Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
– Ability to work in remote locations and travel as required.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
– Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Valid driving license.
