- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical team.
- Oversee ducting, piping, and plumbing operations.
- Ensure all works are performed as per the technical standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with project teams and management.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair to ensure minimal downtime.
- Resolve any mechanical issues that may arise and implement preventive measures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within MEP infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of ducting, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
