Job Title: Experienced Barista and Drinks Coordinator Salary: 120 KD per month Working Hours: 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm (including preparation time from 5:00 pm)

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, following established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area.
- Coordinate and prioritize drink orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor and restock beverage ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to create and introduce new drink offerings.
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage preparation techniques and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to beverages professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in beverage preparation.
Required Work Experience: The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 2 years of experience as a barista and drinks coordinator.
