A leading GRP manufacturing facility in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Engineer (OC Engineer) to handle quality control tests and production specifications. As a QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality within our industrial sector.
Responsibilities: Manufacturing Facility in Qatar
– Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with production specifications and established standards.
– Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance overall product quality.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
– Collect and analyze quality data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
– Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
– Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
– Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in the resolution of non-conformities.
– Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control within the industrial sector, preferably in GRP manufacturing.
– Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
– Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
