As a Laundry Supervisor, you are responsible for managing overall daily operations of the laundry department. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the overall daily operations of the laundry department.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality controls are in place for all laundry processes.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area.
- Team Management: Train, develop, and appraise the laundry team.
- Stock Management: Carry out stock takes and ensure par stocks are maintained.
- Customer Service Management: Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Safety Regulations: Ensure team members adhere to all health and safety regulations.
