Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly Salesman to join our supermarket team in Dubai. As a Salesman, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in locating items within the store, and processing customer purchases.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Help customers find products and navigate the store.
3. Check the stock availability in the store and offer to order requested items for customers.
4. Operate cash registers and accurately ring up customer purchases.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store’s overall success.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work on weekends and holidays.
3. Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions.
4. 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
5. Candidates must be located within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
