Onex Beauty Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in performing and coordinating various accounting tasks within our organization. This includes preparing financial reports, conducting account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with tax returns, supporting audit preparations, and fulfilling other accounting responsibilities as assigned.

– Verify and approve all supplier invoices in the Odoo system.
– Verify and approve all supplier and employee payments.
– Review and approve petty cash invoices and payments.
– Record fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation in the Odoo system.
– Review and approve LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) in the Odoo system.
– Verify and approve monthly accounting entries in the Odoo system.
– Review project costs and provide cost-to-complete advice to the line manager.
– Oversee monthly receivable reports.
– Prepare monthly and yearly revenue reports.
– Analyze and monitor monthly and yearly overhead expenses.
– Verify and approve division projects in the Odoo system.
– Conduct monthly reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, projects, and field service management.
– Verify and approve monthly payroll in the Odoo system.
– Complete monthly and yearly financial reports.
– Coordinate with external auditors.
– Supervise yearly stock-taking activities.
– Monitor slow-moving stocks.
– Discuss the annual budget with the general manager.
– Prepare forecast reports as per management requirements.
Qualifications: Senior Accountant jobs in Qatar
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
– Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
– Proficient in using accounting software, preferably Odoo.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
