– Implement and maintain flawless spa processes and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
– Drive daily sales plans and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
– Maintain efficient spa operations, including inventory control and asset maintenance.
– Foster strong relationships with tenants and guests by providing exceptional hospitality.
– Handle and resolve any issues related to departmental operations raised by tenants and guests.
– Ensure that standards for quality, content, and variety are met in spa offerings.
– Implement strategies to generate revenue and increase net profit.
– Maintain master calendars at least 6-12 months in advance.
– Meet or exceed budgets for revenues, labor costs, and direct costs in supervised departments.
– Oversee the production of quarterly program guides and club newsletters.
– Act as a liaison between the spa team and other departments within the organization.
– Attend required meetings and coordinate with other department heads and staff.
– Ensure operational equipment is properly used and well-maintained.
– Report any defective assets and equipment to the direct manager.
– Develop the leadership team through training initiatives, personal development plans, and continuous coaching.
– Source, recruit, hire, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
– Supervise staff members through ongoing communication, written evaluations, and performance appraisals.
– Organize effective promotional activities and employee events.
Skills and Qualifications: Spa Operations Manager Jobs in Qatar
