Job Posting: Waiter/Waitress
We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team. This role requires hands-on restaurant experience and excellent customer service skills. You should have a good understanding of food and beverages and be able to recommend items to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

- Greet customers and guide them to their tables.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Prepare tables with special attention to cleanliness and order.
- Present menu and inform customers about daily specials.
- Take accurate orders using a POS system or order slips.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues.
- Deliver checks and collect payments.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Support with events or catering when required.

- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
- Experience with a cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
