- Manage and develop the guest database.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle special guest requests.
- Promote the restaurant to external entities by establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, PR agencies, media outlets, tour operators, concierge services, and other establishments.
WORK TIME FRAME: Marketing Sales Events Executive Jobs Dubai
The following time frame is subject to modification by management based on business needs:
- 45% – Actively pursue new business opportunities and identify how our restaurant can cater to their needs.
- 45% – Foster and expand relationships with existing guests.
- 10% – Coordinate with the Head Office and local marketing agency to organize monthly photoshoots, manage social media, and handle EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns.
SCOPE: Marketing Sales Events Executive Jobs Dubai
- Respond to guests’ needs and anticipate their unexpressed desires.
- Promptly address guests’ requirements and inquiries.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction with their requests.
- Oversee and coordinate VIP arrivals.
- Cultivate friendly relationships with regular and VIP patrons of the restaurant.
- Develop a monthly plan for internal and external email campaigns (EDM).
- Supervise the monthly Social Media calendar and oversee press releases issued by the PR agency.
- Coordinate with various departments for monthly photoshoots and video shoots as per the Social Media calendar.
- Ensure accurate information is consistently updated on digital platforms.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting our client’s company values.
- Customize sales solutions based on clients’ specific requirements.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base locally and globally.
- Meet potential guests face-to-face, understand their needs, and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively propose sales campaigns to increase business volume while adhering to brand image guidelines.
