We are currently seeking a dedicated and deadline-driven sales trainee to join our exceptional team. As a sales trainee, you will be responsible for various tasks assigned by the manager, including conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and providing support to the sales department as needed. You should be able to follow instructions while also being capable of working independently when required. A successful sales trainee should be eager to learn about the company and possess the ability to identify opportunities that may have been overlooked by others. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: MBA Marketing Fresher Jobs in Dubai
- Efficient and transparent communication with customers under the guidance of the Local/Regional Sales Manager.
- Sending quotations, compliance reports, negotiating pricing and delivery dates with customers after approval.
- Receiving Local Purchase Orders along with payment assurance using Letter of Credit, Post Dated Cheque, or other approved terms.
- Coordinating and communicating with the supply chain, raw materials, finished goods, and production teams to ensure effective vendor management and reduce lead time.
- Following up on production and delivery dates, providing timely updates to customers after consultation with the sales manager.
- Managing customer complaints and grievances within policy guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and build trust.
- Ensuring timely communication of information to team members for systematic inventory management.
- Following up on deliveries, ensuring compliance with delivery conditions and required standards, and updating customers accordingly.
- Informing the Quality Assurance department about any rejections or customer complaints.
- Learning from situations and customers, developing strategies to minimize future errors.
- Following up on outstanding payments from customers.
