Responsibilities:
Medical Coders: Reconciliation Coordinators Jobs in UAE
- Accurately code medical diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.
- Review patient medical records to identify all relevant diagnoses and procedures.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures as needed.
- Ensure that all codes and modifiers are applied correctly.
- Submit coded claims to insurance companies and other payers.
- Monitor and resolve claim rejections and denials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
Reconciliation Coordinators:
- Review claims to ensure that they are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies and errors.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and policies.
- Generate reports to track claim reconciliation progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: Reconciliation Coordinators Jobs in UAE
- Minimum of 2-3 years of UAE healthcare experience.
- Coding certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.
