Working alongside the Heads of Departments (HODs), you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, conduct operations meetings, and deputize for the General Manager when needed. Your role will involve maximizing profit through delivering the highest standard of service, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and handling guest queries, complaints, and problems. You will collaborate with the General Manager and M&E Manager to forecast hotel business and proactively enhance revenue opportunities. As an Operations Manager, you will also oversee duty management shifts, conduct fire walks and Health & Safety audits, promote positive employee relations, and ensure the overall safety and well-being of employees, guests, and all individuals on the hotel premises.

• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself, employees, guests, and others on the hotel premises.
