Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Advice: Offer financial counsel and advisory services to SMEs.

- Performance Analysis: Examine clients’ financial operations to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Solution Implementation: Propose and execute financial solutions, including budgeting, cash flow optimization, and expense management.
- Investment Management: Suggest investment opportunities and oversee client portfolios.
- Financing Guidance: Walk clients through various financing options.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Streamline clients’ accounting systems.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess financial risks and devise strategies to minimize them.
Advanced Tasks
- Forecasting & Modeling: Project future financial requirements and create pro forma financial models.
- Regulatory Compliance: Advise on compliance with financial regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Reporting: Generate reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate with clients.
- Record Maintenance: Keep precise records of client accounts and transactions.
- Profitability & Efficiency: Develop plans to increase profitability, cut costs, and enhance efficiency.
Networking and Growth
- Professional Coordination: Collaborate with other professionals like bankers and attorneys on client’s behalf.
- Business Transitions: Aid clients during succession planning, exit strategies, and business transitions.
- Business Development: Grow client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field OR a relevant degree.
- Exceptional analytical, research, communication, and people skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Established relationships within the SME and entrepreneur communities.
Remuneration
