  • Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other deliveries.

  • Maintain up-to-date records and files.
  • Monitor and track office expenses and costs.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, such as making travel arrangements and managing schedules.

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer) and general office equipment.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping practices.
