Responsibilities: Vacancy Yanbu Saudi Arabia
– Ensure the availability and adherence to wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks, safety glasses, earmuffs, safety helmets, etc.
– Load appropriate raw materials into the correct raw material silos.
– Attend daily toolbox meetings about industrial/work safety.
– Stop all unsafe work practices and report any near misses or unsafe conditions.
– Follow the daily checklist of the pay loader and report any anomalies.
– Maintain the 5S standard in the work area.
– Participate in the Area Improvement Team to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
– Identify and report near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
– Follow all required work instructions and safety procedures during work.
– Identify and report any anomalies in the batch house operations.
– Maintain the levels of all raw material silos as per instructions.
– Operate, manage, and maintain the pay loader and mobile equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
– Assist in implementing preventive and routine maintenance activities as directed by Automotive Technicians.
– Adhere to the prescribed speed limit for the equipment at all times.
– Ensure proper shift handover to maintain continuity of operations.
– Perform other tasks as directed by the immediate superior or management.

– Proficient in pay loader driving and operation.
– Knowledge of different types of raw materials and their appearance.
– Understanding of raw material quality and its effects on the finished product.
– Familiarity with 5S principles for workplace organization and cleanliness.
– Ability to perform root cause analysis and data analysis.
– Knowledge of automotive/autonomous maintenance concepts.
– Ability to fill pay loader checklists accurately and efficiently.
