The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in email communication, previous work experience in the UAE for at least one year, and some knowledge about import and export processes.

  1. Messaging and Correspondence: Interact with other companies and clients through various communication channels, such as email, to convey information, inquiries, and responses promptly and professionally.
  2. Meeting Organization: Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring efficient use of participants’ time. Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and materials as required.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including maintaining records, filing documents, and managing office supplies. Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  4. Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form, to ensure clear and concise messaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails promptly, organizing and prioritizing incoming messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  6. Knowledge of Import and Export: Possess basic knowledge about import and export processes to assist with relevant tasks or inquiries when necessary.
