- Handle client complaints regarding vending machines swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend emergency maintenance requests on weekends.
- Maintain impeccable traffic discipline and vehicle upkeep.
- Knowledgeable about technical and electronic aspects of appliances.
- Proficient in working with the company’s built-in app software.
- Collaborate with team leader on daily operations.
- Ensure all calls and client queries are answered within agreed time scales in an appropriate manner.
